Please understand that a massage is only possible by appointment.

Often our masseuses are fully booked and therefore cannot accept spontaneous customers.

We offer a simple online booking tool. There you can see all available times and plan your visit accordingly.

We recommend not eating heavy meals at least 1 hour before your massage. Furthermore, it can feel very uncomfortable for you if you are in a prone position during the massage.

We ask for a well-groomed appearance in our mutual interest. Intense body odor is very unpleasant given the close contact of a massage. We thank you for your understanding and your help in creating a pleasant atmosphere.

You do not need to bring anything. We provide appropriate clothing and towels for you. After your massage, we also offer you a beverage.

The basic theory of Thai Massage revolves around the movement of energy. Thai Massage is more dynamic and energy-charged than typical wellness massages. Thai Massage is also called Thai Yoga Massage because your masseuse moves you through a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai Massage is like yoga without the work. During the treatment, a combination of muscle compressions, joint mobilization techniques, and acupressure is also used.

– Predisposition to blood clots. There is a risk that blood clots may loosen.

– If you have heart disease, please ask your doctor before getting a massage.

– Pregnant women should check with their doctor first before considering a massage.

– The massage should not be performed directly over bruises, inflamed skin, unhealed wounds, tumors, abdominal hernias, or areas with recent fractures.

The massage should always be performed in such a way that you feel comfortable. While some of the movements may feel strange, they should never be too painful. Please speak to us at any time as soon as you feel discomfort or pain. We adjust our massage techniques as well as the intensity accordingly so that you feel completely at ease.

No. We work strictly professionally and explicitly distance ourselves from such requests. Please refrain from putting our masseuses in such uncomfortable situations. All massages are exclusively for health and relaxation.
